2 Bedrooms 2 Baths. Sleeps 6 People. NO Pets of ANY kind.
We hope The Cottage will be your new favorite spot to visit. Close to local events downtown and historic sights, yet quiet and private. You will find Gold Country Getaways has so much to offer you during your stay. You can feel the stress of daily life fade away when the calming treasures of nature fill your senses. It begins with the ease of abundant front door parking and keyless entry. A personal greeting and goodies will welcome you. Crisp bed sheets, warm blankets and fluffy towels are plentyful. Numberous seating areas to read and do puzzles and a comfy couch (full size hide a bed) to settle into for a movie. Master suite features a custom king size bed, his and hers mirrored closet and private bath. Guest room has two twin beds and dressing table. For those ambitious over achievers, there is a work station. There is seasonal climate control in The Cottage with air conditioner and a charming wood stove. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The necessary small appliances are on hand and even a margarita machine, Your all set. The Cottage has a complete laundry room, including iron and also a convenient clothes line. Enjoy the out door seating areas and BBQ. You are welcome to use the yoga/weight bench area and relax by the pond.

AMENITIES & SERVICES
MASTER SUITE WITH FULL BATH AND BREATH TAKING VIEW
Master Suite offers a new king size bed and one of a kind inlay headboard, luxurious fabrics, his and hers mirror closet, luggage rack and dresser. There is a big wingback chair for reading or viewing wildlife. Master Suite also has private bathroom. Mirrors and bling adorn the bathroom. It has a shower/tub combo with penty of fluffy towels. Essential oil difuser, hair dryer, heater, soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner are all provided for you to enjoy.
GUEST ROOM
The seperate Guest Room offers two fantastic twin size beds, each with fine bedding and lots of pillows. There is a classy dresding table and stool, luggage rack and plenty of silk garment hangers.
TV AREA WITH COUCH (HIDE A BED)
The Living Room area has a 36" TV with Crome Cast, Amazon Fire Stick, HD antena and DVD player. There is a library of movies available. The couch folds out into a full size bed for an additional sleeping area. There is an extra bed topper and fine sheets, blanket, pillows and comforter provided for the bed in the closet of the Master Suite.
FULL KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
Of course there are fantastic local restraints to try, but everyone loves a home cooked meal. You will find everything you need to feel right at home. There is a studio size fridge and small appliances in the pantry. Including: toaster, Ninja blender, Margaritaville machine, Kurig and Espresso machines, utensils, popcorn popper, hand mixer, pots/pans, serving ware, plates and cups. Basic seasoning and spices are also provided. Adjacent to the Kitchen you will find a seated Dining Area with table and four chairs. A selection of local menus are in the sideboard. You will also find a fresh jug of local spring water on tap.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Full size washer and dryer are included. You will find that soap, ironing board and iron are all convieniently provided for you. There is also an indoor laundry line and clothes pins.
BBQ AND OUT DOOR SEATING AREA
Enjoy your favorite dish from the bbq and hang outside in your own private area in front of The Cottage. This is a designated smoking area.
WORK OUT / YOGA AREA AND MORE
There is a small area next to the pond where you can pratice morning yoga.and lift weights. In addition, badmittion gear is available in the pantry. We also have several boats, inflateable rafts and coolers to borrow for trips to the Yuba River.
TREATS FOR THE NATURE LOVER
Aproximatly three acres of the property are wild and untamed. Several trails have been cleared and you are welcome to explore the area. Any areas that are marked 'Private' are off limits for guests. There are binoculars provided to assist in bird watching. There is extensive wildlife in this area including deer, foxes, geese, owls, squirls, frogs, birds, spiders and countless numbers of Mother Natures creatures. Bring your boots and bug spray. There are two un-gated ponds on the property filled with bluegill and other fish and toads. There is a fragile balance that is place to maintain the health of the land and water. Please quietly respect the nature and animals that call it home. No swimming please.
WORK STATION
If you find yourself needing to get some work done, there is a mini office area designated in the common area. You will slso find our collection of books, movies, board games and puzzles here.
VIP SERVICES
Sometimes our plate is full and we could use a hand. VIP Services are available to help when needed. There are additional fees for services (generally cost, wage, transportstion and taxes). VIP Services need to be pre-arranged directly with the On Site Manager. So if you would like to be fitted for a theme costume for a holiday event or need items dry cleaned, you can make arrangements with the On Site Manager and we got you covered. If you need a few forgotten food items from the store or dining recomendations and reservations, we can make arrangements, no problem. If you would like to dine in or have a preparrd meal waiting for you at The Cottage, we can arrange that as well. All VIP Service fees are invoiced separately from any other overnight cost and payable in cash only to the On Site Manager and will include a standard gratuity. We will do our very best to help in any situation when it is possible. Don't hesitate to ask for assistance.
